Snap Gauges
To ensure fast and reliable size verification during machining, we use multiple type of Snap Gauges directly at our CNC Turning and Grinding Stations—minimizing inspection time while maintaining high repeatability.
Height Gauges – To verify lengths & axial dimension

Runout Accuracy
We perform runout checks using a precision Surface Plate with Center Holders, ensuring minimal eccentricity and high rotational balance.
Air Gauge
Equipped with a Digital Air Gauge System, we conduct high-precision bore and diameter measurements—especially for internal and critical fits.
Dimensional Accuracy
All critical dimensions are measured using Vernier Calipers and Micrometers, maintaining strict tolerances throughout the production line.
Tespa
Our Tespa in-process gauging system enables automatic diameter control during grinding, ensuring precise size corrections in real time. This improves repeatability, reduces manual error, and increases grinding efficiency.
